People and objects that can affect time in Dragon Ball 1

Hit

Known as the strongest warrior of universe 6, Hit has a fairly simple but extremely effective fighting style.

Hit’s two strongest moves known at the present time are Time-Skip (time jump) and Vital Point Attack (powerful attack).

Guldo

Guldo is the youngest and weakest member of the Ginyu squad.

Guldo hates Saiyans, especially Vegeta because Vegeta once criticized him for having a `bad breath` and looking like a `four-eyed frog`.

Guldo has had mystical powers since he was a child, he can lift objects as well as steal items he likes.

Angel Whis

I don’t know if besides angel Whis of universe 7, angels from other universes have the ability to turn back time 3 minutes or not.

Or like when Zamasu killed Gowau, Whis used his power to rewind time and quickly intervened to help Beerus destroy Zamasu.

Time machine

The time machine is a device built by Bulma in the future (Future Trunks’ Timeline) with the original purpose of returning to the past to save Goku from death before the Android Saga.

The time machine uses chronal energy, a very rare material in Future Trunks’ time.

In particular, the machine can go to the future or the past depending on the user.

Ring of time

The ring first appeared in the Future Trunks saga in Dragon Ball Super.

Every time someone impacts the time stream, a time ring is born.

In part 7 of Dragon Ball Super, the ring users this time are Zamasu and Black Goku.

Dragon Ball Super: Broly (Dragon Ball: The Legend of Broly) opens in theaters from March 22, 2019 nationwide.
